(Read the recipe carefully
before doing the next activity and before making some brownies)
First,
preheat your oven to 5 (125°C).
Butter a rectangular
pan (30 x 25 cm).
Melt 250 g butter and
120 g cooking chocolate together in a pot on the fire.
Off the fire, add 300
g sugar and mix well with a wooden spoon.
Then add 4 eggs, one
at a time, mixing well after each egg.
Then pour in 175 g flour
and 100 g chopped nuts.
Pour the mixture into
the rectangular pan and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Let it cool… then taste
it !
